Refunds are dependent on the date a participant cancels his or her registration. In addition, it is understood that the manual will be 1) returned prior to the course start date and 2) received by the CALS Program in an unused condition to qualify for a refund. The following refund schedule applies:

No refund. Full registration must be paid. |
- Participants who have not paid prior to cancelling their registration will be invoiced according to the above schedule.
- Participants are responsible for returning the Provider Course Manual to the CALS Program. Should a manual not be received by the CALS Program, the participant will be invoiced $140 for the manual ($165 for non-MN providers).
- Refunds will be issued to the entity that paid the registration fee.
