The CALS Program relies on volunteers to staff both the CALS Provider Course and the Benchmark Skills lab. The CALS instructor pool consists of paramedics, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical doctors who bring a wide variety of clinical expertise to the classroom. They also are experienced instructors who have taught in other settings before becoming CALS Instructors. In addition, they have a passion for sharing the CALS mission of providing living saving education to rural and remote healthcare providers. To learn more about becoming a CALS Instructor, click on either of the application forms below.
