*Providers who have completed the CALS Provider Course within three and a half years, or are registered for an upcoming CALS Provider Course within six months prior to or following their lab, will be eligible for reduced rates. The reduced lab fee is made possible by an annual grant from the Minnesota Legislature.

**The Minnesota Critical Access Hospital grant is available to Critical Access-designated hospitals and is used to defray the registration expense for provider teams. Critical Access dollars are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
