Dr. Carter, founder of the CALS Program, has been recognized by the Minnesota Statewide Trauma System (STAC) for his work helping to develop and improve Minnesota’s Trauma System. Part of this has been to provide high quality rural emergency medicine education. We appaude Dr. Carter!
