Katy Backes Kozhimannil, PhD, MPA, is the keynote speaker at the 5th CALS Conference on Rural Emergency Care on Sept. 27, 2019.

Kozhimannil will speak on: “The effects on the rural communities with loss of OB providers and perinatal/neonatal program.”
The conference will be at the Continuing Education and Conference Center at the University of Minnesota, St. Paul Campus.
